  • Solution-oriented negotiation skills, comprehensive knowledge of construction management and a good feel for people and issues

  • Class B driver's license

Your perspectives

  • Evaluations of electrical and building services planning in all HOAI phases

  • You will be the manager of our electrical and building services projects, acting as the link between the specialist planners and the contractors.

  • Participation in planning meetings and monitoring of the construction process

  • Quality assurance and development, taking into account solution-oriented ideas and ensuring that our high standards are met

  • Coordination of staff and subcontractors
