The new quarter of the city center of Mainz with direct access to the Rhine is being built in the Zollhafen Mainz. Fischerhof" and "Lotsenhof" are part of this residential development project. The living space of both buildings is more about 6.000 m² each and extends over 4 floors as well as an underground parking.
